These Terms of Service govern your use of the LangLeap mobile application, website, browser extensions, and related services. By creating an account or using LangLeap, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of the Service

LangLeap gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, lawful language learning purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

3. User Content and Imported Content

You may import or submit content only if you have the right to do so. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant LangLeap permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated abuse beyond permitted use
• No uploading content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some LangLeap features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms are presented at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription through the applicable billing provider or account management flow. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

7. Intellectual Property

LangLeap, including its software, branding, and service content, is owned by LangLeap or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, or third-party platform.

9. Disclaimers

LangLeap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no guarantees about learning outcomes, content accuracy, or uninterrupted service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LangLeap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of LangLeap after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
